One of the biggest selling points of the Laguna Bel-Air community, which is also one of the reasons why the houses sold out almost immediately, is its prime location. The community is just a couple of minutes away from Nuvali. This means you are just minutes away from almost everything that you and your family would need or want.

Another great thing about living in Laguna Bel-Air is that you are just minutes away from some of the best recreational places in the country. For one thing, you are just fifteen to twenty minutes away from the country’s premier theme park, Enchanted Kingdom. There, you will find dozens of different theme park rides and attractions, more than a day’s worth of fun for the whole family. If you have young kids in your family, or if you are still a kid at heart yourself, then you would love the fact that you can go to Enchanted Kingdom any time you want.

Now, if you want a more laid back holiday retreat, pile your family into the car and drive for around thirty minutes or so on the adjoining highway, so you can reach Tagaytay City, which is touted as Metro Manila’s summer capital. Not only will you enjoy the cold breeze coming down from the mountains, you also get a great view of the famed Taal Lake and Volcano. So, when the stress from work gets a bit too much for you to handle, drive up to Tagaytay, pull up to one of the many coffee shops there, and enjoy a nice hot mug of your choice of brew, and just enjoy the beautiful vista in front of you.
